About Lorenzo Di Bari
My name is Lorenzo Di Bari. I was born & raised in Saulgau,
Germany. I started with 15 years vocational training as a Cabinet
Maker, which was a tradition because my father was in the wood business,
so the son has to go the same way. A this time I was not sure what
I could reach with all this knowledge.
Right after my vocational training,
I
started traveling around the world and had some opportunities to show my
skill in wood working & building furniture to the
public, which have won
awards. I was also involved in exhibitions, scenery and museums, which inspired me in
the creative side of my life. This made me very proud and
developed my relation to the wood. At 33, I decided to go back to
school again and complete two years training to become a Master Cabinet
Maker.
In all those years and still today, I try the many qualities of wood to be fair, so the aesthetic and practical ideas combine.
In his own words...
"To create and to build was always one of my passions;nothing is impossible, as far as my imagination allowsme to do so. And yet I try to be careful with my choices inrespect of Mother Nature." Lorenzo Di Bari
